The upcoming Serangoon North MRT Station (CR9) is developed underground along the Cross Island Line which sets to complete in 2029. The station exits are located at the junction of Serangoon North Avenue 1 and Serangoon North Avenue 3. Future residents of Affinity at Serangoon can take an approximately 4 minutes walk to reach the station.
